Jody Shirley

Jody is president of JoMar real estate Services inc., a full-service firm specializing in commercial and industrial properties, office and retail sales, as well as leasing, site selection, and development. She is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Broker, and Florida Certified Building Contractor.

Jody has extensive experience in tenant representation services, including acquiring properties in key locations that are perfect for companies seeking leasing and lease to own opportunities. Jody has been very successful in her leadership and commitment of locating “raw” land for build to suit projects big and small. One of the large-scale projects under way for which JoMar Development & Construction Inc. was instrumental in locating is the Port Manatee Industrial Park, a 136-acre site in Manatee County, Florida, where FedEx has constructed a 15-acre regional distribution center.

She is a member of various professional associations, including Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Women, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), recognizing her expertise in commercial and investment real estate.
